From Tuesday 28th April - Tuesday 2nd June 1.30pm - 2.30pm Melissa and her team from Age UK are coming along to run a FREE 6 week course on fall prevention. This is open to anyone aged 50+ at risk of falling. The course aims to help you build strength, improve balance, and stay steady on your feet. Why not come for lunch in Carmel Cafe before the course and meet some new friends.

We look forward to welcoming you.
